What are the delivery means ?  

Every order placed on ladyharberton.com will be an International Shipping tracked and signed with French post. For the delivery in France, It is possible to receive your order at home, at the post office or a drop off point. To be able to use this service, we invite our french customer to place their orders on the website ladyharberton.fr.

What are the delivery costs? 

The delivery cost depends on the order destination.
We offer you the shipping on all order over 90 € for the following destinations : France, Europe and some country outside Europe : Switzerland, Finland, Island, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Malta, Turkey, Australia, Canada, China, South-Korea, United States of America, Hong-Kong, India, Israël, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, French Guyane, Mayotte and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Where do we ship ?

We ship everywhere in the world. The delivery costs is calculated according to the order and its destination. For the Non-EU countries, please note that customs duty can be added when receiving your package.

What are the delivery time ?

The delivery time depends on the package destination :

  • For metropolitan France : 48 hours by the French post
  • Other countries : From 48 jours to 10 days by the French post

Is it possible to send back a product ? 

You don’t like the form or the colour ? Or the size is not the right one ?

From the reception of your order, you have 14 days to send back your product and be refunded. The return shipping costs is paid by the customer.
Send us an e-mail to hello@ladyharberton.fr to let us know what product you want to send back and the number of your order. For that you can use the withdrawal form bellow (at the end of the web page). We will tell you the procedure to follow and give you the return number.

To be able to send back your product and be refunded, It is important to send us back the product, new, not used, and with its complete packaging.

Is it possible to change my product ? 

You can change your product according to available stocks. The procedure is the same as to return your product.
